Our story
Libellula APS was born from the desire to transform the territory in which it operates, placing active participation and social justice at the center.
We operate in the Valle del Mela area, an area rich in potential but marked by environmental, social and economic fragilities.
Our story begins from the bottom, listening to the needs of the community and building concrete answers together. The association develops as a living organism, capable of evolving together with the community and promoting paths that put people and common goods at the center.
For us, Libellula is a symbol of lightness, transformation and movement: values that guide our every step.
CONNECTION WITH THE TERRITORY
The Valle del Mela area is at the heart of Libellula APS's work. A territory marked by profound contrasts: rich in history, culture and unique landscapes, but also crossed by environmental criticalities, social inequalities and lack of spaces for the expression and growth of the youngest.
In this context, Libellula APS proposes itself as a bridge between the potential of the territory and the energies of local communities, with the aim of activating lasting processes of change. Each initiative arises from careful listening to the context and develops with a participatory and inclusive approach, aimed at restoring value, voice and visibility to resources that are often ignored. The territory is not only the backdrop to our activities, but the living ground on which each project is built.

Environment
We promote an ecological culture that starts from the territory and actively involves the new generations. Our projects educate on sustainability, landscape protection and environmental awareness, with practical and inclusive activities.

We experiment with the use of technologies as a tool for inclusion and growth. Through formative and creative paths, we help the youngest and the vulnerable to develop useful, critical and conscious digital skills.

We value local cultural heritage as a lever for social regeneration. Our initiatives create opportunities for expression, learning and meeting, building spaces where culture is accessible, alive and shared.

We build bonds and strengthen the sense of belonging through projects that focus on relationships, listening and collaboration. We work for more supportive, inclusive and self-care communities.
INCLUSION AND EQUALITY
Libellula APS works to build contexts in which each person can feel welcomed, listened to and valued. Inclusion is not an additional objective for us, but a founding principle: each project is designed to remove obstacles, create opportunities and restore dignity to those who often remain on the margins. We work with and for children, young people and vulnerable subjects, promoting paths that recognize and value diversity as a resource.
